It's that time again for us to present our roasters of the month. A Matter Of Concrete is located inside a historical building made of concrete, Van Nelle Factory in Rotterdam, Netherlands. We also brought back Morgon Coffee - a small roastery based in Gothenburg, run by three coffee friends who have been working together even before this project.
This month we feature Friedhats from Amsterdam with yet another experimental lot and Prolog from Copenhagen with a more classic profile to bring you a unique home coffee experience.
